Once you get all set up, a typical Scouted workflow looks like this:

1. Candidate Applies

Their resume gets uploaded to Greenhouse

2. Candidate moves into the stage you decided would trigger matches

ie Phone Screen

3. Scouted identifies a match in experience

If there is a match, depending on the preferences you set when setting up your slack bot, the recruiter responsible will get pinged with the following message

The recruiter will select one, all, or none of the employees to ask for a review.

4. Employee receives reveiw request

The employee with the overlapping experience will receive the following Slack message:

5. Employee submits review

Employee clicks the link to give a review of the candidate and fills out the review form.

6. Review gets sent into Greenhouse

The review gets added to the candidate record in Greenhouse. You can find it under their "Details". Reviews are uploaded at PDF's

7. The recruiter responsible gets notified
